Sydney Cutter
Sydney is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner whose graduate training focuses on sexual and reproductive health for both men and women, with advanced clinical experience in hormone management. She has a background in mental health and home health care, which has shaped her compassionate and individualized approach to care.
Sydney is passionate about aesthetics and overall wellness, with a focus on hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss. She stays current with emerging therapies, including peptides, as part of a personalized approach to care, with the goal of helping clients feel confident, balanced, and supported through treatment plans tailored to their unique goals.
Originally from Las Vegas, she moved to Kansas City in 2024 and appreciates the family-centered culture and four seasons of the Midwest. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, being in nature, trying new things, and going to comedy shows with her husband.
Registered Nurse, Licensed Esthetician
Hailey Worthington
Hailey is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Esthetician who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and genuine passion for skin health to her role. She earned her Biology degree from Pittsburg State University in 2019 before beginning her Army career, and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Saint Mary in 2022. More recently she became a Licensed Esthetician to expand her knowledge in skincare.
With experience in Burn ICU, Critical Care, and Psychiatry, Hailey carries forward strong skills in assessment, safety, and patient-centered care. She is deeply passionate about helping clients understand their skin, feel confident in their natural features, and achieve sustainable, noticeable results. Hailey believes in enhancing beauty through personalized treatments, expert guidance, and a nurturing touch—creating a safe, relaxing space where self-care meets self-love.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, as well as gardening, traveling, reading, and exploring nature. Committed to continual learning and natural, balanced results, Hailey strives to help every client look and feel their best at every stage of life.

Jessica Tanner
Jessica is a dedicated registered nurse who has over 16 years of experience in aesthetics. There are several aspects about cosmetic injections that she enjoys. She has a passion for helping clients achieve the appearance they desire, while also maintaining a natural look is very important to her and what she prides herself in.
While any product can be used, she prefers to work with her clients and create a treatment plan that addresses their concerns and restore balance to their face.

As the office manager, Ashley is dedicated to creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors. With a background in administrative operations, team leadership, and customer service, she oversees the daily functions of the practice to ensure efficiency, organization, and exceptional patient care.
From coordinating schedules and managing office operations to supporting our providers and staff, Ashley's goal is to maintain a positive, professional environment where both clients and team members can thrive. She takes pride in contributing to the success and growth of our medspa. Whether assisting clients, streamlining processes, or supporting our team, Ashley is committed to ensuring every experience reflects the highest standards of care and excellence.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as exploring the world through traveling.
